AB has many strings to his bow (or guitar). As well as being a nifty musician himself, he’s also a well-known music producer, audio engineer, and music journalist.

Not having trained in any academy, music flows through him naturally. Starting off from a legendary theatre family, composing for Marathi theatre, he rose composing in 3 languages viz. Marathi, Hindi and Malayalam. Having carved very unconventional sides of artists such as Javed Ali,Vijay Yesudas, Sithara, Harishankar, Afsal, Piyush Mishra and Siddharth Mahadevan, he is a master innovator. His ability to think outside the box has seen him produce for some of the most tacky numbers in the music world.

His early works like ‘Vate Vari’, ‘Sun Zara’, ‘Yashwant’ and then rolling out Malayalam chartbusters in ‘Aivar’ and ‘Back to Life’ makes him one of the most seminal musicians of the last decade. A twinkle surfaces in his eyes as he listens to his icons John Williams, Henri Mancini, Mozart a millionth time.

He speaks strumming his guitar –
