“Mlecchan” is a thought-provoking film that delves into the complex societal issues through the lens of Siddharthan, a young boy hailing from a middle-class Nair family in Palakkad. entertainment editor of the CHALACHITRAM receives letter
recounting the killing in shocking detail, signed as ASHWINI PAI. And
this is just the beginning… Targeting film stars and top power
brokers in the entertainment world, ASHWINI is getting better every
time. With every killing she seems to be getting more confident, more
organized, more innovative and above all gorier. Speculations thrive
whether it could be an obsessed fan or a spurned actor, or is it part of
something much more terrifying? And how could a woman be
capable of these vicious crimes?
CAESAR, a decorated officer, serving a sabbatical, undergoing
counselling sessions for AGORAPHOBIA and sleeping disorders., he
has not worked on a single case for over 2yrs now. Having lived and
dreamt only about gruesome killers, body bags, blood pools, in the
past 30yrs, he has himself slowly slipped into the brink of madness.

Suicide bombers are easy to spot. They give out all kinds of tell-tale
signs. mostly because they are nervous. By definition they are all first-
timers.
It’s 7pm on a Sunday evening, and Shantanu Acharaya an ex- special
protection group commando turned journalist with the dawn is
travelling on the Chennai metro to his office at Ashok Nagar. He
notices a suspicious looking lady passenger who matches many of the
specifications for a potential suicide bomber, which he had learnt
during his training with the Mossad. When he approaches Sara
Kochouseph with an offer of assistance, she shoots herself. Samyukta,
the special officer homicide is absolutely frustrated that the Chennai
Police are eager to close the file without investigating the tragedy.
And above all the prime witness is Shantanu, her estranged husband.
Surviving an almost broken marriage, she accuses Shantanu of having
run another misadventure in civilian realm and pushed the woman to
death. Shantanu is illegally detained for the evening and to his
surprise 2 IB officers’ barge in asking him if the woman had given
him anything. They even ask him of a name Sita or the Malati brigade,
which he had never heard before. The IB officers warn him of

arresting him under the UAPA (Unlawful Activities Prevention Act) if
he concealed the truth. When Shantanu is released in the morning,
what intrigues him is that what the IB had to do with a lady
committing suicide in a train.
And further how the lady’s killing was connected to matters of
national security. The IB was ready to book him under UAPA.
Shantanu embarks in to a journey, fathoming through the dark, ugly,
sinister and intriguing world of intelligence and its nexus with the
political power brokers to unearth an unbelievable conspiracy. He
finds an ally in his estranged wife Samyukta, who discovers a
completely different Shantanu that she was oblivious about. In a
world gone grey with moral and ethical relativism only Shantanu
stubbornly sticks to his high standards, no matter what the personal
cost.

Meanwhile, Achu reunites with his childhood friend Ayyappan —
now calling himself Akash — a flashy, overconfident businessman
whose shady deals, failed scams, and chaotic lifestyle include raising
five dangerous emus, escaping hotel bills, and constantly fighting off
debtors. Their reunion becomes a hilarious roller-coaster as Achu
gets dragged into Akash’s troubles — from escaping angry hotel staff

As Achu tries to apply for his passport, Akash promises to “fix
everything,” but his shortcuts lead only to bigger problems. In the
middle of this chaos, Achu keeps meeting Nazriya unintentionally,
irritating her even more yet slowly winning her sympathy.
What follows is an entertaining mix of comedy, friendship, mistaken
identities, wild chases, and heartfelt moments as Achu tries to
achieve his dream while surviving Akash’s madness — and finding
unexpected love along the way.

the war were the man made machines…which mourned, clattered
and screamed for the arrival of their new master…
The war having torn the world and pushed it in to a deep abyss of
hopelessness…there rose a man and a woman…Michael and
Kehkashan… foes in the war as they were…desolate and stranded as

and even at that plain of meaninglessness they strive to stand for the

‘A NOSE STORY’ is a comic black humour falling in to the genre of
FARCE. The film is a modern day adaption of a folk tale from Kerala
named ‘MUKHAN’ , which means ‘THE LONG NOSED ONE’. It is a
character which finds references in many of the works of one of the
greatest literary stalwarts of Kerala the late Vaikom Basheer.
Having said that, the film catapults the character in to an entirely new
premise – a spoof on the Media. As the vultures of the media fly all
over like predators preying on one sensation to another, what could they
make of a long nose? Innovation, improvisation and manipulation at
its best… amusingly a long nose pushes the whole media in to a
warzone.
